Tokimeki Memorial 4, well, it's little bit nostalgic isn't it? I've been search it over and there's no guide in english yet, so, I'd like to give some guide to get the Tokimeki Memorial 4's secret character, Nanakawa Rui.
First thing you must check, that you must understand Japanese (at least you can read Japanese characters), cuz I dont give any translation for what you must answer to get her heart red, so, if you dont understand Japanese, just save before you date her (there's possibility that her question or your answer change, so, be careful). Ok, let's begin.

How to meet her:
- You must call her twin brother Tadashi more than 16 times. You'll somewhat notice that Rui will answer your call after you call Tadashi more than 16 times.
How to date her:
- You'll meet her in random situation (press L / R when you're doing your activity) 6 times, notice her by her hair color, it's brighter than Tadashi's and it's more orange.

- Your choice makes player said "Bacchiri" / Right on the mark! (Always save before you date her, for those who cant read Japanese)
- She mailed you three-times and said that she's waiting your invitation for the next date (new year's message not included)
Rui is a little hard to get, cuz her love meter cant be checked through you childhood friend like the other girls. To know your progress with her, you must ask her out 3 or 4 times a month, and you must make her said, "Sugoku tanoshii" (Very exciting!) everytime you date her, so, you can make her yours on the last event.
You must grind your skill, especially Art & Excercise, art is for event when she asked you to help her doujinshi work, excercise is for your stamina and hit when you must face emergency fight event.
Confessing Event
You must check this conditions before you use "Confession Courage" as your special skill:
- Rui's face turned red whenever you met her.
- Rui always asks you to accompany her on the way she's going to go home.
- Rui remembered you birthday and give you birthday present.
- Rui will accept your offer to pray in shrine in new year's event.
- Rui will give you valentine's day chocolate.
- Rui asks you to help her to do her doujinshi and stay at her home for one night.
- etc

Even you dont use "Confession Courage" as your special skill, she'll confess to you at her school if you've checked all conditions above.
P.S
Unfortunately I cant provide any translation of any dialogues in this game, cuz I must work really hard to take screenshots based on event, and that's bothersome for me to work alone with a lot of translations. I can provide translation if you want, but, just limited to it's menu.
I've get all girls and secret characters from tokimemo 4 long ago, and I will give you another guide for the rest girls depends how busy I am in the real world, just wait and see.
